At Cap Select, our mission is simple:
to make sports and academic scholarships in the USA accessible to every European water polo player — no matter their level.

We bring first-hand experience — both good and bad — of navigating the complicated US admission and scholarship system. We know the challenges athletes and families face, because we lived them ourselves.

Over time, we have built a strong network across the US college system and not only there, but also in the American Club Championship, opening unique opportunities beyond university competition.

For us, this is not just about getting athletes placed. We think of every player as a long-term collaboration. From the first portfolio to competing in the USA, we are partners in helping athletes achieve their dreams in both sport and education.
